Support for querying tax preparation platforms

Pinwheel now supports querying tax returns from tax preparation platforms. To see this in action, create a link token with platform_type=tax. The Pinwheel Link modal will display tax preparation platforms instead of payroll platforms.
The remainder of the integration is analogous to that for tax forms, the main difference is that the form_type will be 1040 instead of W-2 or 1099.
