Webhook Versioning

We have launched versioning for webhooks. We will now release a new dated API version when we make backwards-incompatible changes to our webhook events. For more information on API versioning, see the Change Management guide.
When creating a new webhook, an API version for the webhook must be specified. For details on how to create a webhook with a specified version, see the Webhooks guide.
We have also moved our webhook event docs to the API Reference page. To access the webhook event docs for different API versions, use the dropdown in the top bar (e.g., "v2023-04-18").
